The building that the houses the Duncan Showroom Downstairs and Upstairs has been put up for sale ($495,000 firm)

We have a written lease as tenants for 3-1/2 more years with a verbal option for 5 more.....
This lease is legal only if our lease is in good standing.
We knew when we started off with nothing, we were going to need financial help to get us through and this next hurdle is one of those on the way.
We do believe what we do is needed not only in our community but as an example of what can happen in any community if the mindset is to succeed.
This project deserves to be funded....if just to keep the performing arts alive at an all ages level.....
Saturday Feb. 11th, the Duncan Showroom we hosted a 'Showroom Arrears Benefit' and we broadcasted 'live' to our youtube channel (you can watch the archives as well)

...kinda like a grass roots modern day telethon where peeps can watch and donate from afar....just like the days of Monty Hall...
From 2pm till the late evening, there were performances by local entertainers giving up their time and expertise to aid us in our quest for dollars to remain open
We have many great shows coming up you can attend, or you can bid on our silent auction items soon to be posted and remaining till Feb. 28th....
our plan is to make possible as much fun for as many peeps as often as possible
