Dumptruck's Vet Bills

Dumptruck, my Pomeranian,  got up Wednesday morning, (12-26-18) screaming in pain. I rushed him to our vet and the x-ray showed he had a broken leg. The leg was broken, almost 10 years ago, and had somehow got broken again. He was sent to Blue Pearl Emergency Vet's in Louisville, KY. They did a CT scan and found out he also had disc damage in the lower part of his back and spine.  He under went surgery for this. Dumptruck is almost 12 years old and is my baby.  The vet bill was almost $5,700.00, at Blue Pearl, alone. I had to have $2,500.00, up front, before Blue Pearl would do anything.  I had $1,500.00 on my Care Credit card and $1,000.00, cash, I had been saving to have my furnace repaired.  By God's grace, and a lot of prayer,I got $3,250.00 added to my Care Credit Card.  It took all but $50.00 to pay this.  It's going to be a real struggle, to pay this off, as I am a widow on a fixed income. There will be more bills, for future doctor's visits and medicines. They also said he would need physical therapy, with his back, to gain full control of his back legs. We live 3 hours away from Blue Pearl. I rescued Dumptruck when he was a little puppy.  He had, bowel blockage surgery, exactly 2 years ago, from when this happened, which set me back almost $3,000.00, that I'm still paying on. I am a Christian Lady. Dumptruck is my child. Not getting him the medical help/ meds, he needs, would be like not doing for my own human son. Any assistance would be ever so appreciated, along with your prayers.  Every penny will go to pay the Care Credit bill off.  God bless.
