As many of you already know, our beloved dog Duke has recently been diagnosed with severe pancreatitis.
For this disease, there is no cure or medication that can be prescribed. All that can be done is to keep Duke hooked up to an IV, give him pain medication and hope the swelling in his pancreas resolves itself.
Duke has been in the ICU at Mississauga Oakville Veterinary Hospital since December 27th, 2018. Every day he spends in hospital gets more costly and more unaffordable.
We are asking friends and family to spare a few dollars if they can,to contribute to some of Duke's medical costs.
Duke has only been a part of our family for four years and we wish to keep him in our family for many years to come. We believe with all of your support we can allow Duke the time and medical attention he needs to fully recover.
