Help us replace our aging playground equipment!

Our playground equipment is in dire need of replacement.  It's been around since 1991 and there is only so much repair we can do.  This is a important part of our facility and we are dependent on it to keep our children active and entertained during our swim meets, practices, neighborhood celebrations, and adult swim events.  

Operational expenses and increasing costs make it difficult for our organization to purchase this equipment.  There are only so many yard sales, steak fries, 50/50 raffles that we could do to raise funds.   It is our dream that our kids be able to play  without fear of injury due to splinters.

Terra del Sol Aquatic Club (TDSAC) offers a community feel - a time in the past.  From the annual Easter Egg Hunt, to the 4th of July bike parade and barbecue, Labor Day and Memorial Day celebrations and monthly Steak Fries, TDSAC is more than just a community swimming pool.  Although TDSAC is a membership pool, these events are open to the public.

TDSAC  is the home of the Tigersharks swim team.  Our swim team has grown to from less than 40 swimmers to over 100  the past six years and have now started a year round USA program.  Our swim team has won 11 championships over the years, the most recent in 2019.  The growth of the swim team has increased the need for equipment that is safe for our kids.

To educate people on water safety.

More about our community pool:  TDSAC was opened in 1958, it was the place to be in the summer and had an active membership of 250 families, with a waiting list. We wish it were that way today. Membership has decreased to around 90 families partly due to residence having backyard pools.
