Who is GROC (Genesee Regional Off-Road Cyclists)? A nonprofit organization promoting off-road bicycling in the Greater Rochester community to enhance the quality of life for everyone.
What are we raising money for? Renovation to the Dryer Road Bike Park
New jumplines for both beginner and intermediate riders. Tabletops will be constructed for safety and to promote progression
New pump track designed by Lee McCormack author of Pump Track Nation will be larger than the previous track and include more line options.
For the little rippers, a push bike track with small rollers and ground level skinnies to help build balance and have fun!
How will money be used? New Jump lines, pump track and Push Bike Park! All dirt surfaces will be capped with clay to sustain and increase the longevity.

What does this mean for the community? As the technology and culture of mountain biking evolves, GROC is committed to supporting great riding experiences -- across all off-road disciplines. This project will help those looking to progress their riding skills by providing a safe, well designed and well constructed facility. By offering a couple different jump lines for different ability levels, riders will be able to refine their technique on features that help inspire confidence and progression.
GROC is also committed to supporting the next generation by offering push bike riders features to develop their budding skills. The fun push bike track will help create enthusiasm and confidence in young rippers, and possibly inspire a lifelong passion for cycling.
It's important to note that success with this project will not only inspire riders, but the land managers who offer us opportunities like this. As the GROC community steps up to support projects like these, there will be more and more access and progression!
