Maria's Medical Fund

Maria Mayne came into my life when she was ten years old and just diagnosed with leukemia. She wanted a dog more than anything. My husband and I had just purchased 2 Bichons. While at the Vet, through her aunt her story was told to me. I spoke to my husband who was in Kuwait at the time and explained everything. We decided to get Maria a dog, I called the breeder and she had one left. I said "sold". I contacted Maria's parents in New Hampshire whom I had never met and said we had a dog for Maria. Shortly thereafter my husband came home and we delivered "Cody" to Maria. She was thrilled. We have remained very close and now at 23 my heart is breaking because Maria's cancer is back. She needs a bone marrow transplant and has no medical insurance. We need a miracle for Maria. Your help woul be greatly appreciated.
