Daniel R. Lenz Funeral Costs Fund

My father tragically passed away on July 30, 2019 after a very long and difficult battle after suffering a major heart attack on July 19, 2019.

He suffered through many surgeries, broken ribs, liver damage, ECMO, cardiac catheterization, and brain damage from oxygen loss during CPR.

Unfortunately he did not have any life insurance policies or retirement accounts.  This has left my brother and I in a difficult spot in trying to pay for funeral expenses, memorials, and lost wages for this trying family emergency.

We appreciate any help anyone could offer us during this difficult time for the family.
