Ari Needs Surgery

My beautiful wife has been doing hair for the majority of her life. I have never met anyone who is so insanely passionate about her career, and loves
her industry and clients as much as her! She has never met a stranger and takes care of everyone else around her more than herself more than anyone I know.
While helping out a friend, who has a hard time hiring/keeping staff, Ari was working for a friend in his commercial kitchen when she tripped over some electrical cords, fell, and landed on her wrist and elbow, breaking her wrist.
The nature of her injury requires either 3 months in a full arm cast, or surgery with a much quicker recovery time (only 4 weeks). The fear is that without the surgery, she may lose some dexterity in her hand and it could affect her magic fingers when it comes to her doing hair for her clients in the future.
Unfortunately, our friends business is a small company and is currently unable to offer any kind of insurance for his employees. He has contributed some money towards her expenses, but they are adding up by the day, and he cannot cover them completely.
Ari is in a tremendous amount of pain on a daily basis, and needs the necessary surgery as soon as possible, and we don't have the resources to go it alone. She is flirting with the depression of not being able to work, see her clients, or live her normal lifestyle at this point.
