I have been working in what was my father's restaurant in Rennes le Chateau. In the village a restaurant has just come up for sale and the current owners would love me to take it on ... and so would I, as it has been a life long dream to run my own business, especially in the village where I more or less grew up. My bank is willing to finance me for 70% of the investment, but I still need €30K to make my dream come true and open for this coming season. During the winter I have sat and successfully passed all the exams needed to be allowed to open a restaurant and have also worked hard at finding local suppliers for all my needs, so my business will support local farmers and producters and reduce the carbon footprint.
I am so close to reaching my dream; the bank is behind me, the accountant too. Now I just need your help for the last stretch. Donations are starting to come in, even some from people who don't want their name on my page, and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Ces dernières années j'ai travaillé dans ce qui était le restaurant de mon pere dans Rennes le Château. Dans le village il y a un restaurant qui est est en vente et les propriétaires seraient ravis de me voir le reprendre... et moi aussi, car celà est mon rêve de pouvoir avoir ma propre affaire, surtout dans le village où j'ai à peu près grandi.
La banque est prête à investir 70% de la somme, mais hélas il me manque encore 30k pour réaliser mon rêve et de pouvoir ouvrir pour la saison. Pendant l'hiver, j'ai passée tous les examins qui m'autorisent à ouvrir un restaurant et j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à trouver les fermiers producteurs pour les matières premières dont j'ai besoin, donc mon entreprise va soutenir les producteurs locaux et contribura à réduire (à son échelle) les emissions de CO2.
Je suis tellement proche de réaliser mon rêve; la banque me suit, le comptable aussi. J'ai besoin de vôtre aide pour passer la dernière ligne droite. LEs dons commencent à affluer, même de personnes anonymes qui ne veulent pas apparaître enligne, et pour celà, je vous remercie du fond du coeur.
