My first car

Hi, I'm 22 and have autism. For 2 years I have been working really hard to get my Learners permit to drive. On the 26th of September, my hard work finally paid off and I got my permit but am now faced with the problem of I need a car as I've been told I cannot drive my parents car and need my own. I'm on a disability pension and cannot work as there are no jobs available for me, but I really wish to have my own car. Please help me achieve this.
