300 hour yoga teacher training

I am a Women's and Men's Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, who is also a qualified  Massage Therapist, Pilates instructor, Therapeutic Yoga and 200 HR Hatha Yoga Teacher.  Bringing Hatha Yoga and Guided Relaxation to our Specialised clinic has been such an amazing addition. Even more so than just the Therapeutic Yoga. It is now my biggest passion. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients get more than just treatment for their pain or pelvic issues, their pre and post natal journey or post surgical intervention. We try to give them all the tools necessary to gain control of their bodies and their minds. Bringing a deeper level of Yoga and relaxation into both their lives and my family's is having such amazing results. I am so keen to deepen my practice and knowledge and to be able to bring this into the lives of anyone who finds themself in one of my classes. We are having such a positive response and having such an impact that  I find myself desperate to provide more. People are waking up to the need to create change in their current lifestyle to improve their health and wellbeing and I am so grateful to be able to help them on their journey of discovery. I am currently working  almost 30 hours a week but with two children under 5, I am unable to work anymore hours to fund further training. Our family budget is already stretched as we continue to try and find a way out of the rental market. The next level of Yoga Training will cost approx $8000 with the amazing OM people as it involves travel out of Australia , mid 2020.  I have struggled with the idea of asking for assistance with this cost for many months but have decided to finally put it out to the universe. If there are people who believe in what I do that are also in a position to assist me in this journey then I am so incredible grateful. I am so lucky to be in a position where I can share this journey with people in a more intimate setting than large public yoga classes. I know my clients well and can adapt my classes for their specific physical and mental requirements as needed. I can't wait to bring them more!
