Down In Mississippi Video Clip

Donation protected
With your help my goal is to complete a Music Video paying homage to
J.B. Lenoir (March 5, 1929 – April 29, 1967) an American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter born in Monticello, Mississippi.

Regarded by many as the Bob Dylan of the Blues. An artist of extreme integrity and a fearless writer. His work at this time had an unusually direct political content relative to racism or Vietnam War issues.

The Civil Rights and Free Speech movements in the U.S. in the 1960s prompted J. B. to record several LP's Songs include... Vietnam blues, Down In Mississippi, Born Dead,  Alabama Blues, I'm In Korea and many more....

The money will be put towards a Music Video of one of his most controversial songs " Down In Mississippi ". ( most of you would of heard it from the classic movie Crossroads with music by Ry Cooder. )

I am asking for  a small donation to purchase via Shutter Stock,  original Black and White 1930's  footage to best portray J B's lyrics and emotions of this beautiful song.
I am excited to say shutter Stock have all the footage I need but it is not cheap. For example 30secs of just one clip is around $70.00 AUD as it is extremely rare.  I will need 14 clips of footage to complete the full video.

For donations $10 or more towards  you will receive my bands brand new album " Bad Whiskey " including 5 LIVE recording session filmed and recorded at " The Vault Studios " Sydney Australia.
