I have been declined for Social security disability by the United States Government for the last 5 years. I got my final decision in Dec of 2016. Here's my Back story:

I was in and out of hospitals my entire childhood. Operation after operation just so I could walk somewhat normal. At age 5, my right leg was amputated above the knee because of birth defect. As a teenager, I had my back broken 13 times and fused back together so I would survive past the age of 30. While technically disabled since birth, I have always worked, sometimes multiple jobs, and businesses. I never saw myself as "Disabled", until May of 2012. I had a stroke and half body was paralyzed. While I recovered most of the physical part, the mental damage is still there. Between 2012 and 2015 I had upwards of 20 strokes. They tell me I'm probably gonna have dementia from all the strokes. I already have memory. concentration and attention issues. Eventually, I lost my businesses, which at the time of my stroke, was thriving and employing dozens of people. I lost everything and in 2014 I almost lost my life If it wasn't for my family, especially my mother, I probably would have robbed a bank by now to survive, or at least tried to, so I could get a place to stay. During the first stroke I applied for Social Security, mainly to help with the medical bills. In late 2016, I received the final decision from a federal US judge. My claim is considered to be "Not credible". Last month I was diagnosed with Major Depression. Hmmm...I wonder why?

While I was in the coma in 2014, I stopped making the mortgage payment. The house is now in the foreclosure process, Part of this money will be used for the trial payment plan, legal fees, an appraisal on the house (so the payment can lowered) and a few minor repairs.

I am going to continue my fight for social security, but I am also attempting to be a writer again. As back in the day, I used to make independent films and TV. I hope to return to that some day as well, if that happens, the point of Social Security won't matter.

Anything you can do will be very appreciated. Even just sharing this page will help very much. Friends and family have been trying to get me to do this forever. I guess I finally just hit a brick wall, with no where else to turn. Thank you all very much.
