Dorm Room Refrigerator Fund

Gary, Samuel, Tyler, Elijah, Bryan, and Brandon are not your average or typical kind of guys. They are all attending Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City Oklahoma, and currently live in the men's dormitory known on campus as "Art Wilson 2nd Floor." These young men felt God's call on their life to serve in any ministry that He sees fit, and are excited about the future. Their majors include: "Missions", "Pastoral", and "Music." They all work jobs in order to be able to pay for their schooling. Life sounds great for these fine, young men, but they are going through a trial right now.

The Trial?

They don't have a fridge for their dorm rooms (3).

You might say, "WHO CARES??" But before you completely give up on this. think about this:
These young men have followed God's will in their lives, and are at a college that is preparing them to serve the Lord for the rest of their lives. To learn, these men have to live. And to live, these men have to do what most people don't think twice about. This being tasks like eating, sleeping, taking showers, and things of such natures...
You see, food is vital to every human being. It sustains us, and keeps us going. A Refrigerator is a machine that food can be stored in to keep it fresh, cool, and ready to be eaten.
The college that these young and hungry men are attending does not allow students to bring their own personal fridges. Instead, students have the option to rent them from the school for a price of $80 per fridge, per semester. These men would love to be able to store their food in a fridge, but are having a hard time forking out the money.

One day these men were studying, and one of them saw something.... Like a bright light it shone on the door of his dorm room closet. Confused at first, he just stared in disbelief. "What could it be?!", he wondered. Then it slowly became more and more clear until he began to recognize exactly what it was. It... was a vision. Yes. A Vision. "What was in his vison??" is what you are probably asking yourself. It was this:

In the young man's vision he saw an outpouring of love from many people from near and afar. This outpouring of love was then funneled through a very handy account that was directly used to place a personal fridge in each room that he and the other young men dwelled in. His vision began to fade, but right before he vanished he caught a glance of both fridges being opened, filled with fresh, nutritous food and cool beverages.
It was then that they brought their problem to the modern day inter-web. Now they are patiently waiting.

At first, this trial may seem like it isnt getting enough attention from predominate sources (Fox News. CNN, NBC, BBC, The Baptist Times, Heartland Herald, etc...). BUT these young men don't want to be in the spotlight. They are trusting that the Lord knows, and He will provide. But these young men would like you to consider one thing:

"Could it be that God wants to use me to help them in their trial?"

So... they ask you to prayerfully consider what you might be able to do for them.

Their water is warm...and time is running out.
