Farewell to Cindy's beautiful soul

My wife Cindy had a IUD put in and not even a week later she got a infection which led to toxic shock syndrome which cost her, her life. She left behind her husband and 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 2. All the proceeds will go to help provide funeral arrangements and to assist the family with further essential costs and care for the children.
