Help DOMinate Cancer

On February 17, 2017, our lives were changed forever. Our sweet, funny, smart, handsome, and vivacious son, Dominic Alexander, had a large mass suddenly appear on his throat and chest. After visiting multiple hospitals and watching our child go through endless panels, tests, biopsies, spinal taps, a bone marrow biopsy, and countless consults, Dominic was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Needless to say, Corey and I are absolutely devastated by this unexpected news. We cried more tears than we care to admit, but our hero kept a positive attitude and has been the biggest warrior ever.

In order to treat the cancer, Dominic will undergo at least six months of chemotherapy at Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He may have to also undergo radiation. Dom's medical costs are already mounting from the surgeries, labs, tests, and procedures. In addition, he is on many medications and must have shots twice a day to help treat his blood clots.

Corey and I have been by Dominic's side throughout this entire process, but our sick days are dwindling. We do not want to leave our son's side, but we are desperately trying to stay ahead of our mounting bills.


My husband and I have always been been self-sufficient, so asking our loved ones and the community for help has been an incredibly difficult and humbling experience. With that being said, any donations you could spare for our son's medical care would be greatly appreciated.
