Doggy treats Westminster Fallfest
Donation protected
As many of my fiends and family know, I started baking homemade dog treats for our pup, Cooper! I wanted a healthy, gluten free, organic option that I wasn't finding in stores. So, I created my own treat. I was baking small batches just for fun, but the donuts soon drew more attention than I was ready for! I was asked to sell my donuts to family and friends. I was hesitant to sell, afraid people wouldn't be interested. People actually bought them--I was in shock!
Many friends and family suggested selling my doggy treats at the Westminster Fallfest. I loved the idea! I started researching and found out it would cost me $150 just to apply for a vendor spot. I understood there would be a cost, but I wasn't ready for that price tag. Sadly, I gave up on the idea. As a teacher, it wasn't in my budget to take a chance -- a $150 chance. It wasn't until a friend suggested creating a GoFundMe to try and raise the funds. Jennifer Harless, thank you for this idea! I'd love to be able to share my doggy treats with our wonderful Carrol County community. If you'd like to support a local budding business, please donate! I've also made this public, so please share as well! Thank you for showing your support. I wouldn't have made it this far without each and everyone of you!
I hope to see you all at the Westminster Fallfest! I would be bringing a variety of treats including the Doggy Dounts that started it all!

You guys are blowing me away with your generosity. Thank you all for your contributions and contributed support! I have raised the goal slightly because I was informed that GoFundMe takes a percentage of your funds once the campaign is over. This adjustment should cover the cost.
