DMH - Children's Sensory Room
Donation protected
On Thursday 9th August 2018, the VINCI Construction site team at Darlington Memorial Hospital will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, which will involve us hiking approximately 24 miles in around 8 hours. Our hike will take in the 3 highest hills in Yorkshire (Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough), with a total height gain of 5,200 feet!
The aim of our challenge is to assist the hospital in making much needed improvements to the children’s sensory room, which is in need of a complete facelift. We want to create an atmosphere where the children can relax as they go through the various treatments and rehabilitation they unfortunately have to endure.
All money raised will go towards, much needed toys and equipment to make this room come alive!
Ourselves at VINCI and everyone at Darlington Memorial Hospital will be extremely grateful for any donation made, no matter how big or small!
