Team Lincoln

This fundraiser was set up to help with the expenses associated with Lincoln Zick's recovery. The process will be long, extending into 2020, and the Zick/Bach family's future needs may be considerable.

After Lincoln's recovery is complete any remaining funds will be donated to another child in need or to osteosarcoma research.


Lincoln was officially diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his right tibia on March 18th. Osteosarcoma is a rare form of cancer affecting approximately 800 people in the U.S. each year. While Osteosarcoma represents only approximately 2% of all pediatric cancers, it is the most common form of bone cancer. His tumor, like most osteosarcomas, is aggressive, but it is localized.

Lincoln has an extremely long treatment and recovery period ahead of him, but we are sharing our story with you because we love and value our relationship with you. It is our hope that by opening a dialogue with all of you we can work together to return Lincoln’s life back to the carefree, active life he and every 10-year old deserves.
