DJI Terrible Customer Service

Hi my name is Evan Yamashiro. I'm a 17 year old passionate photographer and videographer here on Oahu, HI. My Instagram is @evanyamashiro to see my photos and videos.
My DJI Phantom 3 Profesional malfunctioned while I was filming at a surf spot known as Vland on the North Shore of Oahu last September (2016). The drone flew away and landed in the water. I set a home point and did every possible thing to prevent this from happening but it was out of my control. Ever since the accident, I've been in contact with DJI trying to file a claim on the event. After nearly 4 months, it's basically my word against theirs and sadly there's nothing I can do now.
I worked super hard to save over $1,000 for the drone when it came out. I purchase all of my equipment with my own money so this one hit me hard. I would love to raise the money to purchase the exact same drone I lost. The drone helped me to create content and fuel my passion even more for photography and film. I hope to make a living doing just that because it's what I love and what I'm truly passionate about. I'm truly thankful for any donations or sharing of this GoFundMe page!
