Disabled PTSD Abuse Victim

We are the Oliver Family. My name is Shawn and I am the victim of  horrific childhood sexual abuse that has caused severe PTSD,Depression and Anxiety.
I have been legally disabled since 2013. I see a therapist 2 times a week when I am able to leave the house. I go to a treatment center for medication once a month.
We have two beautiful children.
A smart,sensitive 7 year old girl and a wonderful year and a half old little boy.
My wife is my rock and she is unable to work because I am unable to care for myself or  our son  by myself. 
We receive EBT for food and my disability check is $526 after child support.
Even with certain programs we struggle to pay our bills and utilities and christmas is coming up and we are looking into any way we can get a car for my wife to go to the store and any other errands we have to attend to. We have signed up for Toys for Tots for our children yet we can not drive to go get them. Between paying medicare,medications,co-pays,rent,utilities  and household items  we are left with nothing. 
This has added to my clinical depression and we do not know where to turn.
We are simple people with simple goals. To raise our children and provide for them as best we can.
I struggle with guilt in not being able to provide for my family and taking the 3 buses for a simple doctor visit for our baby.
Please help in any way you can. I am ashamed to even ask anyone I just do not even have enough money now to pay my co-pays for my own therapy much less christmas for my kids or a car for our family.
