Disability stalled... Bills due! Help!!!

I have severe Plaque Psoriasis, and all of sudden the medicine to keep me in remission stopped working in November 2018.
I am STILL waiting for the SDI to come through and have tapped all my resources for paying bills and groceries.  I filed in early December, but due to the holidays, the Dr.'s were not around to sign off so things didn't even get to the EDD till 1/21!!! This is State temporary disability, and is like unemployment...usually not denied, but this has never taken so long before. (I have had to take medical leave and file SDI 2x in the past 3 years for this same illness)
....and there's still processing time, and a week "waiting period" so I have NO idea when this will even come through. Not to mention I was fired from one of my jobs in November for  just having to take Medical Leave in the first place, and the second job sounds iffy at best. 

My teen daughter has a job, but I hate taking her money...besides, it's not enough to cover Life. (she just had a Bday and had to pay for everything herself.) I have borrowed from friends and family to the breaking point.

The gas and phone bills are past due, we are scraping change for gas in the car and groceries...yes, food bank too.

I never thought it would get this desperate, but here we are. Anything helps...
