The members of the Antelope Hills Golf Course would like to help support the Diaz family as they grieve the loss of their beloved mother, grandmother and wife, Mary Diaz.
Mary was an avid member of the Humboldt Unified School District, giving 24 years of service and had an impact on countless lives of staff members, students, parents, and community members.
Mary passed away unexpectedly on September 2nd, 2018 and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Diaz family.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
An informal celebration of life will be held at Fain Park in Prescott Valley, AZ on September 9, 2018 from 2-4 pm.
