My name is Doreen Tejeda, one of my closest friends Jessica Sewell’s 17 year old son was shot and killed on December 14, 2015. A senseless crime took an amazing person from this world too soon.
Juwan Small attended Cesar Chavez High School, played football for the Titans. He was a member of the Renaissance Academic Achievement Program and needed only one more class to graduate High School. Juwan was an outstanding older brother to his two siblings and a true joy for his mother to raise. His youthful exuberance and warmth will be sorely missed.
This fund was established to help with funeral costs or any other expenses that the family will be facing. Any contribution that you can make will be extremely appreciated as no family could ever prepare for a tragedy of this magnitude.
