Devastating loss of two workers on the railway

Donation protected
This fund me page facilitated by CPCS groups and affiliated groups is to help the families in remembering the devastating loss of two workers in port talbot hit by a train whilst Carr out their work. We all deserve to go home after a days graft. Rest in peace lads.

Michael "Spike" Lewis, 58, and 64-year-old Gareth Delbridge were hit by a passenger service while working on tracks near Port Talbot on Wednesday morning.

In a statement released by British Transport Police (BTP), the family of Mr Lewis, who was from North Cornelly, said: "He was known by everyone, and loved by everyone.

"We would like to thank everyone so much for their support during this difficult time and ask that we are now given the space we need to grieve."

All money raised will be split to both families. Two officials from cpcs group admins will verify funding amount before any transfer is made.

The money net will go towards remembrance of our fallen colleagues or towards a charity that they prefer.

Verification admins will be:

David King
Dave Benson
Emmett Leonard

All monies raised will be transferred and a cheque raised and presented to the families
