Devastating fire at Jaki' s Hilltop
One of the sweetest and kindest people got devastating news last night. Jaki Snead and her entire family has served her community for the past 10 years, now not only her family, but all her employees as well are out of their livelihood. Please give back to this woman who has selflessly given to her community.+ Read More
Thank you to everyone that donated to help Jaki get back on her feet. Keep your ears out for other activities that are planned by the community as fundraisers. Thanks again for your love and support
Vanessa Stewart, my family has known Jaki and her family since 2003 and I have been her bookkeeper for the last 6 or 7 years. I consider them my family and that is why I wanted to try and help her out anyway I could. Thank you asking.
For all of those saying that it is too early for help Jaki with this, let me ask you if your house burned, would you still have to pay the mortgage? Of course you would. Should she make her employees wait for 3 months to get paid until the insurance companies finally get it hammered out? How about her vendors? Will they wait until her insurance kicks in? No, they won't. It's never to early to help a friend in need and Jaki is in need, even with insurance. Thank you to all the kind souls that are helping this wonderful lady out.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all the wonderful people that have already donated. We made $1285.00. This community is one of the most generous communities. Please continue to share with your friends and family as there are many expenses right now that insurance just doesn't cover, like payroll, vendor payables, taxes, etc.. This is why we are asking for help. Blessings to each of you.
