Karie and her family lost almost everything during the fires that destroyed Fort McMurray in May 2016.
Now, absolutely everything else of hers was destroyed in May 2018 in a condo fire. Damage was so extensive to the building that nothing can be rescued or saved. Karie walked away with her dog, her purse, and her pyjamas...that's it.
