DeQuincy Veteran's Memorial Fund

We would like to build a memorial for all area veterans. We chose the most famous military statue as our tribute to all area veterans.  It will be a copy of "Raising the Flag" on Iwo Jima during World War II.  It will be made of stainless steel, lit up for 24 hours and landscaped to make all proud.  The memorial will be located on the hill next to Brookshire Bros. supermarket in the "S" curve of downtown DeQuincy.  To make this possible to honor our veterans donations will be accepted through this gofundme account and a mail-in account through Chase Bank at account # 121716309 and PO Box 398, DeQuincy, LA  70633.  We appreciate all donations large and small with 100% going to the memorial.
