Denver goes to Zambia
Donation protected
I have met my goal! I am fully funded. Thank you so much family and friends! The page doesn’t reflect my total amount donated as many of you chose to send checks etc. At this time if you still desire to support me it will go to the various needs and projects I will be working on at Choshen. These include a microscope $300, fencing $500, walk-in tractor implements $750, a biodigester $1,000, or another walking tractor for the farm $2,000.
Thank you so very much... below is a description of what I will be doing.
I am visiting Choshen Farm to help them with several of their farm projects like upgrading their irrigation system, and integrating cover crops and livestock into the cropping systems. The farmers currently burn the previous crop residues leaving the soil denuded and vulnerable to erosion. I also plan on visiting local farmers to help give them agronomy advice. Helping them through agriculture gives them a better and more stable income to live healthier lives. I am so excited to share my passion for God’s creation and his life giving words at the same time.
