On Saturday, July 14th, countless family and friends suddenly and shockingly lost a jewel of a soul, Deborah K. Lynch, AKA Debbie, Deb, or D.K.L. All those who knew Deb on any level were touched by her joy, charitable spirit, and willingness to help anyone in need. Debbie was known to give anyone the shirt off her back and her last dollar if they needed it. She possessed the biggest heart. She took in the homeless and gave her life for others. She lived for her family, loved people, was a caregiver by nature and in her career, and even showed great kindness to all God's creatures, as she even fed all the animals. Most who knew Debbie were aware that she faced many challenges and always persevered through, full of joy and an overcoming spirit. In recent years, her home was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Currently, the process of restoration still remains unfinished. She more recently had her nursing career cut short and faced financial difficulties. Her four children, TJ, Cara, Katie, and Kristen are devastated by the loss of their mom. We ask that those who have been touched by Debbie's life and love and are willing, give back to support them at this difficult time by donating to the Deborah K. Lynch Memorial Fund.
