6 Year Old Type 1 Diabetic

Desperately needs funding for continuous glucose monitor( CGM) !!   As many of our close friends and family know my 6-year-old daughter Ja'Niyah was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes January 2017 she caught the flu which lead her body to attack her pancreas. I'll never forget that day Ja'Niyah was only 4 years old . I took her two the emergency room the doctors rushed in saying your daughter is in DKA Diabetic Keto Acidosis they rushed us to another hospital I almost lost my daughter that day we stayed in the ICU for 5 days our whole life has changed I do whatever I can to keep my daughter healthy and happy. Type 1 Diabetes has nothing to do with diet or lifestyle currently there is no cure my daughter pancreas does not produce any insulin we must manage this disease by checking her blood sugar and injecting insulin several times a day everyday including overnight.  This CGM is a small wearable device that tracks glucose throughout the day and night which alarms when to high or low which helps prevent spikes constant glucose spikes caused damage two organs overtime which put you more at risk for variety of Health complications high blood sugar can lead to blindness ,nerve damage, amputation of the feet, and legs kidney failure ,liver failure, more autoimmune disorders. Many children go to sleep and never wake up because sugar level drops significantly this device is a lifesaver it would help us better manage Ja'Niyah diabetes this device also lets us know her glucose readings when she is away from home and is at school. It's a little pricey and we cannot afford it at this moment I'm asking everyone who can help us make this possible for my daughter to have it any amount donations and prayers are appreciated .Her insurance does not cover this.
