David's COPD stem cell treatment

Hello everyone and thank you for looking at this campaign! David is my dad. He is so much more than this though. David is a loving husband of 38 years, a grandpa, a brother, a friend and a man who fought for his country, coming home as a disabled Navy veteran. Growing up, dad always taught my brothers and I to help others whenever we could and to never ask what was in it for us. My dad was diagnosed with COPD some time ago and is on oxygen full time. His quality and quanity of life is suffering greatly. Often, he finds himself panicking when he cannot catch his breath and this is terrifying for all of us. My dad is only 60 years old and he has so much life left to live and love to give. Recently, we were introduced to a new treatment that has been very effective in treating COPD and offers my dad a life without oxygen tubes. This treatment is not covered by the VA, unfortunately.
