Dear friends and family.....As many of you may already know, David was diagnosed with Stage 3 esophageal cancer several weeks ago.  This news was very shocking and devastating to those who know and love him.  

Dave has one of the kindest souls you willever meet.  He always has a smile on his face and is always such a pleasure to be around.   Anyone who is fortunate enough to know him knows what a hard worker he is.  He would never ask for help but as friends/family,  I would love for us to come together to help alleviate some financial burden he will endure during this difficult time.

David will be starting radiation and chemotherapy on December 27th . Radiation will be 5 days a week, leaving him unable to work.  Once treatment is over in approximately 5 and a half weeks, the doctors will then re-do testing (PET Scan) in about 4-6 weeks after treatment is finished in order to determine if surgery is necessary.  

As you can imagine, this is all very overwhelming for David and the #DaveArmyneeds to come together and help lessen his worries.  
All donations will go towards medical costs and costs associated with not being able to work.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated.  If you are unable to donate, please share this page and keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
