David (Grumpy)’s hospital bills

Hi all,
David (Grumpy) has had an accident - he fell off a ladder - in Thailand and because (full disclosure) he didn't have insurance, his mounting medical bills and all the communication, coordination etc. are being taken care by his mother and daughter (me).
He is currently in the ICU at Uttaradit Hospital. A significant amount has already been outlaid for 2 operations so far and ongoing care will be required. The full extent of which is yet unknown.
Because he has no insurance - if we don't pay, he doesn't get treated.
We are reaching out to friends far and wide. Any contribution towards the mounting hospital costs (we are reviewing option for medical evacuation back to Australia) would be greatly appreciated.
