DAVID BENNETT'S BATTLE WITH CANCER

2014  -  4  years ago David was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  He had  surgery to remove the prostate.

2015 -  3 years  ago  he  was  diagnosed  with stomach cancer lymphoma and had 25 radiation treatments.

2018  -  July 13 - He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  
August 23 - He was supposed to have surgery for stage 1 pancreatic cancer.  The surgery could not continue because  the  cancer had metastasized and had spread to his liver.  Now stage 4.
August 31 - He started aggressive chemo every other weekend for the next 5 months.

$500  - David's Out Of Pocket Cost Per Treatment

Because of this fight against cancer the last 4 years,  David has used all sick time  and  vacation  time.  He  has  had  to use  Leave  Without  Pay for the last few months.

David will no longer be able to work due to the side effects and chemo brain.   Paperwork has been put in place  for  disability  retirement  but  as you  can imagine  with  all  the  expenses,  money  is  very,  very  tight.

Can  you  help?

Please  know  any  amount  would  be  greatly  appreciated  - any amount  will  help  and  will  go  directly  to  David  as  he  faces  this  new  battle.
