Dave's tool replacement

I have been a mechanic for over 40 years and during that time I have acquired a very significant amount of specialized tools. A few months ago my tool boxes were broken into, the locks destroyed, and approximately $10,000 worth of my tools were stolen.  

The police wont help and the lawyers don't seem interested in returning my call. I just want to get back to work but until I replace those tools, this is impossible.  

I am trying to raise money to replace these tools with their Harbor Freight equivalent just so I can get back to work.
