Dave Atchison's Battle Fund

Dave, being a Marine Corps Veteran and Chief of Police, is no tough cookie to crack.  He has also practiced and taught mixed martial arts for years, most recently being heavily affiliated with Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jiutsu.  Dave has spent his life as a public servant and being a source of good for numerous people and causes.  All of those things have prepared him for where he is today.

He has just begun THE battle of all battles, with that being the battle for his life.  Just a week ago, on December 4, 2016, what was thought to be a simple ER visit for chest and back pain turned into a nightmare. Scans during that visit found irregularities in both Dave's liver and pancreas. 

After biopsies and appointments, Dave was diagnosed with Cancer.  Tests so far show aggressive malignancies in his pancreas and liver.  Further testing will be needed to check the rest of his body.  He was told that while there is no cure, his prognosos could be extended with treatment.

Dave and Donna will need assistance with his medical bills, lodging and other expenses while away for treatment, as well as maintaining their regular finances.
