With a heavy and broken heart, we are requesting help from the community for the the fallen officer Matthew Baxter's daughter. Matthew Baxter's older daughter, Isabella, is almost 2 years old and his mother was sharing 50/50 custody with officer Matthew Baxter prior to his unfortunate passing. Stephanie Santiago (Isabella Baxter's mother) is a single mother that is now facing many emotional and financial changes overnight. She is facing a lot of heartache at this time as she has to forcefully and unfairly accept the reality that she will have to raise and take care of their 2-year-old daughter without the love and support of her father.
