Darren McCurdy

Darren recently had his aorta split from his neck down to his kidneys, he has had 4 surgery's, and the first one being an 8 hour life threatening surgery giving him the 60/40 odds he wouldn't make it. He truly is a fighter with a new obstacle everyday beating the odds. He was in the ICU from May 28th till June 16th, now finally out of ICU. If you have ever met him you'd know he would give his shirt off his back for anyone, he is the most selfless man you'll meet. This has been a very long journey, but everyday he fights harder and everyday it gets him one step closer to recovery which can be anywhere from 6 months to a year. If you live in the community you'll probably know him as the local plumber, or have just seen him around the area. Any donation will help paying for his medical expenses, as well as the machines and needs to get him back home and healthy.
