My Dog Darcy's Medical Treatments

This is my dog Darcy. She is very ill right now but since I lost my job I'm not able to pay her potential vet bills. A friend of mine gave me enough for an office visit but diagnostic tests will run well over $200 and any treatments up to and including surgery could easily top $1,000. My Darcy is very special to me as she is a rescue I adopted after my friend found her abandoned on the side of the road out in the county near the city I live in (San Antonio, Texas). My Darcy is a six-year old collie-mix who up until now hasn't had any health issues so I'm not sure what's causing this one.
Right now, she's having a lot of trouble both urinating and the other and is showing potential signs of a kidney problem or intestional issue. I've been trying over-the-counter and natural remedies in the meantime but nothing is working too well. I need a vet to diagnose her properly and treat her as needed. So all money raised would go to her diagnostics and treatment. Hopefully, the issues will be treatable quickly.
Funds are needed as soon as possible. I might be able to get her in to the vet tomorrow (June 2) but only have enough to cover the office visit- nothing extra for blood work or x-rays. So I would need to get a diagnostic work-up done first before I could get a treatment plan.
Like many pet owners, Darcy means the world to me. I'm single without children and my parents are dead so she and my two cats are my family. Darcy has overcome a lot in her life, from being abandoned to overcoming serious behavior issues (anxiety that led to aggression though she has never bitten or attacked anyone). She responded so well to training that she become known as one of my trainers biggest success stories. Now, she's sweet and loveable and has tons of love to give. As I always say, all she wants is to love and be loved in return. To see her hurting like she is now is extremely painful for me. But she's in good spirits and still smiling at me and trying to keep going.
I would be grateful for any amount given and I will definitely keep you all up to date with her progress.
