We're looking for support as we expand our facilities. We pride ourselves in being Exeter's first nationally registered Safe Space to Dance. To continue to provide the highest standards we need a little help to reach our goal to lay new flooring as we expand. We don't want to cut corners and will only purchase the best Harlequin flooring for our dancers.
The DanSci team have gathered together £12,000 but we are £3,000 short of our goal. That's where you guys come in.... we are exploring all options but if our dance community could all chip in a few pounds we would be there in no time! (Or by 23rd July to be exact as that is when we need to get the floor delivered!)
Harlequin have been amazing and let us spread the cost but won't deliver until we have the full sum (there has been lots of negotiating going on!!) Harlequin Floors provide the best dance and performance floors in the industry. As dance health specialists we wouldn't consider letting our precious dancers train on anything else.
We also are totally open to any other fundraising ideas.....No Miss Harley will not wear a bikini and there's only so many cupcakes we can eat Miss Amelie!! But if you have a suggestion please let us know. Maybe you could team up and brainstorm some fundraising ideas which will add to the kitty.
DanSci Dance Studio is home to so many and we fully appreciate the love, care and dedication you all give to our environment. Exeter is a fantastic city and totally deserves to have the same professional facilities as provided in other major cities. It is great that so many of you agree with us.
