My Friend Danny
Let me tell you about my friend Danny. He's the best friend I have and he is truly one of those people that I can't say enough good about. Danny and I grew up a few blocks from each other and still talk every couple days. Even in our early years we hung out as we were working.
At first it was bikes, then stereos, then any type of project we could think up. Danny and I have built so many awesome things thru the years, but the best is our friendship hands down!
As I write this Danny is fixing to embark on a battle that he is no doubt going to win with colon cancer. For the next probably several months or more, he will likely have limited amounts of time that he will be able to work in between tests, treatments, and rehab. I want to do everything I can to lessen the financial burdens that are without a doubt going to come with this.
By nature I am a fixer. I like to take a problem and figure out the solution. Unfortunately, on this subject I cannot engineer a fix. What I can do is utilize my network, your network, and anyone's life that Danny has affected. I know him perhaps better than anyone and I am here to tell you that he has affected ALOT of people.
The world is such a better place with our friend Danny in it, and I hope that you can show whatever support you possibly can to reduce the financial burden of this to a point where he and his family can focus on his health and well-being. Right now that is the ONLY thing that matters.
