I'm Jodie Kurth which Daniel has work for us at T&T Auto sales We had him living at the shop and at my home for awhile. I helped him out with things. I'm raising this for his funeral and a wonderful family in Virignia. They will have his funeral there after we raised enough for his cremation. Then for his friends in Phenix city we will have one at the riverwalk. Daniel means alot to me since he was my son's age. I have took him for the first time to the caniso and bars lol plus the owner at his work took the time to help get him his licenses. Boy he came back to work with a great big smile when he passed the driving test. That day i was so proud of him!! I have communicate to his family and best friend and i agreed to be sending all the money to them. I'm living in Cusseta Ga., but i work in Phenix City Al which where Daniel Wyatt worked at and lived.
PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - A Phenix City man was arrested and charged in the shooting death of his son Friday, according to the Phenix City Police Department.

Police said that Kenneth David Parsons, 55, of Phenix City, is accused of shooting Daniel Culter Wyatt, 22, also of Phenix City.
PCPD arrived at a home in the 400 block of 20th Street at 3:30 a.m. Police later found Wyatt with a gunshot wound to the head. Wyatt was later pronounced dead at the scene by the Russell County Coroner's Office.
Parsons was later arrested at the scene and a pistol, believed to be the murder weapon, was also recovered from the home. Police did not detail what led to the shooting.
Parsons has been charged with murder and is currently being held at the Russell County Jail. This amazing man Daniel Cutler Wyatt 22 years old was one of our employess and we took him in off the streets and were teaching him how to live a better life and how to be responsible. He was a wonderful person and had a heart of gold. He would give the shirt off of his back to anyone for any reason and didnt ever once hesitate. The man who killed him was not his father but a cruel monster who has used Daniel for a punching bag his entire life. Daniel has no family at all. He was adopted and was raised in North Carolina. No one knows how to contact his adoptive family in North Carolina be cause we do not know a name and the city that he was adopted in has hid adoption records sealed. We adored him and want to give him a proper funeral instead of the one the State of Alabama will give him. We are asking for donations to be able to send him home to Heaven because he truly was an Angel in our eyes. And had an impact on everyone that met him. He will FOREVER be in our hearts here at T&T AUTO SALES (his employers). WE LOVE YOU DANIEL AND YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. JD ,HIS LANDLORD BUT MORE SO A FATHER FIGURE TO HIM THAN ANYTHING met him sleeping under a bridge and took him under his wing and was there for him unlike anyone else has ever been. AS OF 11:30PM ON MONDAY 11/07/2016 WE RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER OF DANIEL'S. SHE IS A COUSIN THAT LIVES IN VIRGINIA. WE ARE STILL ASKING FOR DONATIONS FOR HIS FUNERAL BECAUSE THE FAMILY IN VIRGINIA DOES NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR IT EITHER. ANY DONATION HOWEVER BIG OR SMALL WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. WE HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE HIM CREMATED AND SEND HIS ASHES TO HIS FAMILY IN VIRGINIA!!!!!!!
