I am creating this GFM page for my best friend Daniel Lopez and his family.
The past several years have been trying years for Daniel and his family. 4 years ago Daniel had a tumor removed from the left bicep area that was tested and came back benign (cancer free).... Well just over a year ago the tumor returned to the same area and again was removed, however, test results came back malignant (Sarcoma Cancer).
Late 2016 Daniel started his fight with cancer and underwent his first round of chemo. Since Sarcoma is a rare kind of cancer, doctors had to use a combination of unproven medicines to start the battle. The results of the first round of chemo were not rewarding. The sarcoma is very aggressive and has spread to an area in his lungs. The spread of the cancer to the lungs has now elevated Daniel to stage 4 cancer.
Round two of chemo is under way with plans for a third round shortly thereafter... Daniel has now been taken off of short-term disability and placed on long-term disability. Daniel's paycheck is the major provider for the family. With the decrease in pay, bills are quickly adding up and adding unnecessary stress to the Lopez family.

Anyone reading this page knows how badass Daniel is. He has a ridiculous positive energy, supports a beautiful family 6, and is always there for his friends and family.
