A 17-year-old – who is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Crohn’s Disease – has been left heartbroken after the thieves stole the garden spa he uses to ease his pains.

The Miami Lazy Spa was stolen from a Corwen Croft back garden some time on Tuesday night (7th August). The spa was full at the time, so it is believed the offenders emptied the item somehow before escaping over a neighbours garden wall.

Normally a luxury garden item, Daniel’s spa was purchased by his family to help with his medical conditions. He can’t walk long distances – because of pain in his legs and because he has low bone density – so he often uses a wheelchair.

He also has a ten hour a day tube feed due to his Crohn’s disease and is currently recovering from an operation he had yesterday (9th August).

Daniel’s mother Sharon said: “I just feel so sorry for him, he has had a tough time with illness. It breaks my heart.”

“This was the only thing that helped with his pain.” she added.
