“Dance for it” documentary is about 3 dancing couples, who dedicate their life to this art. Each of them dances for different reasons and has a very inspiring personal story – dancing is their way to preserve loving relationships, share heritage with the world and make the world a better place. They all are embraced by Kizomba and in our documentary we will show how this dance helps them to explore and resolve deep personal issues and crucial life questions. These are human stories that we all will see within ourselves.

This is our second crowdfunding campaign and thanks to your help the first time, we managed to film most part of the documentary. Now we need to finish shootings of the two crucial episodes.
We will accompany Paulo and Lanna to Angola, the place where they were born, where they will reconnect with their roots. We will meet their families and capture a very authentic lifestyle, discovering together the roots of Kizomba and Semba and it’s profound meaning to Angolan families.
For the second episode we will follow Albir to his homeland – Panama. He left his family when he moved to Madrid to pursue his big dream and this episode will discover the essence of this character and show us his real world.

Our goal is to raise enough funds to finish shootings in Angola and Panama and to make post-production (editing, color correction and sound design).
