Dan Kurszewski's Fight With Brain Cancer
Donation protected
Hello,
My name is Dan Kurszewski and I live in South Milwaukee, WI.
Six years ago, on May 15th, I found out that I had a brain tumor, level 3 brain cancer. It definitely was a major surprise for me on that day. I was told that I had 1-2 years left here on earth. But I am still here! I tell God every day how thankful I am for him keeping me here with my wife, my 2 children, my loving family and friends!
Over the last 6 years, a lot has happened. They were able to remove 90% of the cancer. They have given me at least 3-5 MRI's a year to make sure the cancer was staying dormant. They also had to replace a large part of the left side of my skull with titanium. I have had several seizures and I just had what my brain cancer doctor said was a super seizure which put me in the hospital for 18 days.
The reason I am here is because of my medical costs which have become overwhelming. This has put a huge financial strain on me.
This is very hard for me to ask for, but any donations would be appreciated!!!

Here are some pictures.
This is the first MRI that showed what my brain cancer looked like. As you can see, that was a lot of cancer!
This what my head looked like after the surgery was done. It kind of made it look like a baseball. :-)
