Damon Little’s post stroke recovery

On Saturday September 21st I suffered from what I was soon find out after calling 911 and being rushed to the emergency room, was a stroke. It was caused by a blood clot on the left side of my brain and has effected mainly my right arm and leg.  I’m currently in a rehab center in Vallejo receiving amazing care from the medical staff and am told by the very talented physical, occupational and speech therapists that I’m working with that my recovery is going very well. This money will go to equipment and support staff to continue my recovery towards my goal of independent living and a return to my regular life and work. It will also help in taking some of the pressure off of my super loving and supportive family who I am so happy to have.
