Dalton Sky - hospitalization

Hello - My little brother Dalton suffers from a condition called RDEB. His skin lacks the protein that holds the layers together and his skin blisters and tears at the slightest friction or touch, this damage occurs inside and outside of his body. It has been compared to being a third degree burn victim who never gets out of the fire. He is the only person in Alaska with this condition.  In spite of it all he is one of the most upbeat and loving humans I have ever known. He suffers increasingly  frequent hospitalizations and this most recent one has come with the bad news of a very serious bone infection. He’s already been there three weeks and the road ahead is long and uncertain.  As a family we have struggled for 24 years and we are slowly being emotionally and financially crippled by this. I am in desperate need of help. He uses very specialized wound care products which the hospital doesn’t even have. I need to start mailing supplies to my mom which is very costly. Plus maintaining our home, trying to make sure my mom doesn’t go hungry while she is there etc. From the bottom of my heart I am reaching out to our loved ones for help for the first time. Any little bit helps and if you cannot help financially every share helps as well. Thank you .
