Dakotas much needed back surgery

Hi it’s Nadine.   I decided to set this Go fund me account up for my one and only son Dakota.     Dakota has been diagnosed with a rare back disease requiring a very intense surgery scheduled for September 5th.    It’s called Scheuermann’s Disease.   His upper spine has an extreme curve in it causing daily pain in both his back and legs.   They say as he gets older the pain will only get worse as it also causes almost a crushing of his internal organs.   We are both scared as heck to do this but have realized he has no choice if he wants to lead a normal life without pain.   I’m saving to buy him a lift recliner to aid in his recovery and also know the medical bills are going to be outrageous!    His surgery is 6-8hours long with recovery in intensive care and probably a 4 days hospital stay.
Having said all that I’ve decided to reach out to all our friends, family and loved ones to both help us financially and to say a lot of prayers especially on that day
